Building Physics Services, Application Areas Of Thermal Insulation And Energy Balancing, Building Acoustics And Room Acoustics In Accordance With Appendix 1 To Paragraph 3 Paragraph 1 Hoai, Section 1.2 Lph 1-8 And General Special Services For The Following Construction Project: New Construction Of A 5-Class High School With A Triple And A Single Sports Hall, Underground Car Parks And A 3-Group Crèche, Seeaustraße 1, 80538 Munich, District 1 - Lehel. The School And The Daycare Center Are Scheduled To Begin Use At The Beginning Of The 2030/31 School Year. The Current Existing School Will Be Completely Demolished Before Construction Begins. The Area Of The Building Plot Is Approx. 6,789M². The Property To Be Developed Is Designated As A Common Area For Education (E). The Property Is Part Of An Area Of Action Identified In The Land Use Plan To Improve Green Spaces In District 1. In Terms Of Planning Law, Section 34 Of The Baugb Applies; There Is No Legally Binding B Plan. The Structural Sketch Attached As An Attachment Shows The Clarified, Maximum Possible Installation Space. A Construction Volume Of Approx. 20,000M² Gross Floor Area Can Be Assumed. The Design For The New Building Is Currently Being Developed As Part Of A Vgv Process With Solution Sketches And Will Be Completed In January 2025. The Property To Be Developed Is Located On The Eastern Edge Of The English Garden. The Property Is Bordered By Streets On Three Sides. The Northern Property Boundary Borders A General Residential Area. The Adjacent Residential Property At Oettingenstraße 23-25 Is Subject To Monument Protection. The Building Plot Is Located In An Area With Increased Groundwater Problems. The Trees On The Property Should Be Preserved As Much As Possible. The Construction Project Is Part Of The Third School Construction Program Of The State Capital Munich. The School Will Be Implemented According To The Specifications Of The Munich Learning House Concept [(5-Class High School With 4 Exercise Units (Sports Halls)]. The Cafeteria And Break Hall Are Also Intended As A Meeting Place For Extracurricular Events. The Sports Halls (Wide-Span Supporting Structures Up To Approx. 25 M) Will Be Also Intended For Club Use, Break Areas Are Partially Arranged On Roof Surfaces, So That Increased Noise Protection Measures Are Taken In Terms Of Both Immissions And Emissions In Addition, Roof Areas Should Be Provided With Intensive Greenery And Pv Systems. In Light Of The Munich City Councils Decision On Climate Neutrality In December 2019, The Use Of Renewable Raw Materials As Well As The Gray Energy Used, The Promotion Of Circular Construction Such As The Ability To Be Dismantled And Separability Of Structures And The Use Of Recycled Building Materials Should Be Taken Into Account As Far As Possible Become.
