Non-Scheduled Passenger Transport - Offer Of Bus Transport For The Armed Forces. The Agreement Relates To The Delivery Of Services Consisting Of Bus Transport To The Armed Forces. The Armed Forces Intend To Use The Services To Transport The Armed Forces Personnel When The Armed Forces Own Buses Cannot Provide The Transport Themselves. The Overall Purpose Of This Agreement Is To Give The Armed Forces Access To Civilian Bus Driving Capacity For Driving Armed Forces Personnel Between Various Destinations In Denmark As Well As Driving To, From And Between Destinations In The Eu, Uk And Eea Countries. There Are Rides With, Among Other Things, But Not Limited To: • Soldiers With Or Without Full Equipment. • Band With Associated Instruments. • Vip Both Domestic And Foreign. • Office Staff. • Allied Business Partners In Connection With Visits To Denmark. The Length Of The Runs Varies Widely. It Can Be Anything From Just A Few Kilometres, To Covering Denmark From North To South And/Or East To West As Well As To/From And In The Eu, Uk And Eea Countries. Some Trips Are Round Trips, Others Are Single Trips. Every Year, Events Are Held That Require Buses With Transport To And From The Event As Well As Shuttle Buses Within A Specified Area. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With Up To 3 Suppliers (3 Parallel Framework Agreements). After The Conclusion Of The Parallel Framework Agreements, The Award Of The Order Will Take Place As A Direct Award According To A Cascade Model, Whereby The Award Will Be Made To Supplier 1, Who In Connection With The Tender Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Unless The Buyer Is Entitled To Award To Supplier 2 Or Supplier 3. However, It Should Be Noted That Supplier 1 Is Expected To Be Able To Deliver And Cover The Armed Forces Needs For Bus Transport, Which Is Why Bus Transport Is Expected To Be Allocated To Supplier 2 Or Supplier 3 Only In Special Cases.
