Enterprise Ireland Wishes To Establish A Panel For The Provision Of Courses Of Education And Training In The Following Lots: Lot 1 - Advisory And Consultation Skills Lot 2 - Business Development, Strategy And Innovation Lot 3 - Coaching, Mentoring And Facilitation Skills Lot 4 - Communication And Inter-Personal Skills Lot 5 - Leadership, Management, Talent And Team Development Lot 6 - Operations, Esg And Digital To Support Enterprise Ireland’S Thrive Programme For Professional Learning And Development (Pld), We Are Conducting This Competitive Process To Establish A Panel For The Provision Of Courses Of Education And Training To Include: • Developing An Understanding Of The Training Needs Of Enterprise Ireland Including The Strategic Context For The Relevant Course • Planning For Successful Delivery To Include Development And Design Of Content And Customisation To Target Audience Including Ensuring The Format Will Be Interactive And Engaging. • Reviewing Material/Training Plan With Enterprise Ireland Prior To Delivery In Conjunction With Enterprise Ireland • Issuing Course Material To Be Provided In Advance Of The Session • Delivery Of Content To Relevant Audience • Recording Attendance Of Participant Group • Conducting Assessments As Agreed • Issuing Feedback Forms/Links To The Relevant Participant Group • Examining Feedback From Relevant Participant Group In Conjunction With Enterprise Ireland • Issuing Relevant Course Materials Post Delivery • Issuing Completion Certificates To Relevant Participants • Updating The Course Based On Feedback For Subsequent Delivery As Agreed With Enterprise Ireland • Invoicing For Course Delivery In Accordance With Agreed Protocols • Related Services The Full List Of Requirements Under Each Of The 6 Lots Is Contained Within The Tender Panel Documents.
