Hospital Facilities Construction Work – Procurement Of A Turnkey Contract With Interaction For The Project Nye Unn Åsgård (Nuå), On Behalf Of Unn Hf. Nye Unn Åsgård (Nuå) Is An Important Project For The University Hospital Of North Norway Health Trust And Helse Nord Rhf. The Aim Of Nuå Is To Establish New Areas For Mental Health And The Substance Abuse Clinic ́S Activity At Åsgård In Tromsø. The Clinic Safeguards Patients At All Levels, Including Security Psychiatry. The Existing Building At Åsgård Is Inappropriate For The Current Patient Treatment And Partly In A Very Poor Technical Condition. New Areas Will Give A Long-Awaited Boost In The Quality Of Health Services And Contribute To Increased Patient Safety. A New Building Of 20,190 M² Shall Be Constructed And 2,740 M² Existing Building Shall Be Renovated.The University Hospital Of North Norway Health Trust Has Engaged Sykehusbygg Hf To Safeguard The Project Management For The Project. This Procurement Will Be Carried Out By Sykehusbygg Hf On Behalf Of The University Hospital Of North Norway Health Trust.The Contracts Shall Be Executed As A Turnkey Contract With Interaction. The Competition Will Be Held As A Negotiated Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Regulations.
