Tenders are invited for Emergency Construction and Installation of All-In-One Solar Streetlights in Ngwa Ward, Abia State COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Procurement Officer, Administrative Building, National Centre for Agricultural Mechanization (NCAM), Ilorin on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of 10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Centre for Agricultural Mechanization (NCAMs) Remita Account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of the financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged in one sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical and Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the sealed envelopes in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Executive Director, National Centre for Agricultural, Mechanization (NCAM), Km. 20, Ilorin-Lokoja Highway, P.M.B. 1525, Ilorin, Kwara State. The envelopes should be clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder. The envelope should be dropped in the designated Tender Box at the Procurement Office, NCAM Administrative Building not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 23rd December, 2024. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 23rd December, 2024, at the NCAM ultra-Modern Training Centre (Glass House) of the National Centre for Agricultural Mechanization (NCAM), in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the Financial bids will be kept un-opened.
