Bids Are Invited For New Retrofit Roof For Courthouse And Sheriffs Office

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit (At The Project Site) Will Be Held On Tuesday, December 17, 2024 At 11:00Am Local Time. Construction Of New Retrofit Metal Roof System Over Existing Low Slope Roof Structure. The Building Or Building Elements To Receive The New Retrofit Roof Is Comprised Of Six (6) Building Areas With At Total Building Area Of Approximately 11,200 Square Feet. Work Shall Include Continuous Gutter And Downspouts And Related Trim/ Break Metal For A Completed Project. Work Includes Replacement Of Existing Damaged Aluminum Sidewalk Canopy Structure (Or Construction Of Additional Retrofit Roof Adapted To Meet The Coverage Of The Existing Damaged Aluminum Canopy Structure). Additional Associated Work Includes Replacement Of Existing Roof Top Hvac Equipment To Re-Locate Condensing Unit On Ground With Air Handler On Roof (In Attic Below New Retrofit Roof System). All Associated Piping For Condensate Drains And Refrigerant Shall Be Included With This Work. All Associated Electrical, In Accordance With The Building Code And The National Electrical Code Shall Be Included With This Work.
