The Municipality Of Hardenberg Has Various Office Locations. The Intention Is To Redesign The Largest Location, The Town Hall, In 2025. The New Way Of (Hybrid) Working Has Created A Desire To Also Apply Other Working Methods. In Addition, Approximately 80 Colleagues Who Currently Work At Another Location Will Have A Workplace In The Town Hall In 2025. As A Result, Additional Workplaces Must Be Created. The Redesign Coincides With A Natural Moment For The Replacement And Refreshment Of The Current Furniture. The Office Furniture Currently In Use Was Largely Purchased In 2012 And Is Now Worn Out And Economically Depreciated. This Applies In Particular To Office Chairs. The Estimated Value Is € 1,250,000.
