Expression of Interest are invited for Implementation of a Complaint Management System with Mobile App for Cwa Officers and Customers and a Field Service Management Mobile App for CwaS Field Staff. The Central Water Authority (CWA), a parastatal body operating under the aegis of the Ministry of Energy and Public Utilities (MEPU) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible and experienced service providers for the Development, Implementation, and Integration of a Complaint Management System (CMS) and a Field Service Management (FSM) Mobile Application. This will include the following: 1) Develop and implement a Complaint Management System (CMS) with a web-based back-office application for CWA officers and customer-facing web and mobile application for public interaction. 2) The CMS will integrate to Field Service Management mobile application for field staff of CWA for task assignments, appointment scheduling and communication between CWA officers and customers.
