The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation And Construction And Drainage Works For The Reconstruction Of Four Open Retention Reservoirs For The Following Tasks: • Part 1 - Reconstruction Of The Open Retention Reservoir In Nowy Dwór.2. The Scope Of The Order Separately For Each Task Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, And In Particular: 1) Obtaining Maps Necessary To Complete The Task, 2) Obtaining Technical Conditions, All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Documentation And Administrative Decisions In The Scope Of Construction Works Performed, In Particular: Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions; Obtaining Connection Conditions; Agreeing The Construction Design With The Conservator Of Monuments And, If Required, Obtaining And Fulfilling The Requirements Of The Conservators Decision, Along With Bearing The Costs Of Remuneration And Archaeologists Work; Obtaining A Building Permit; Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, 3) Proper Preparation Of Documentation (Construction Design) In Accordance With The Principles Of Design And Engineering Knowledge To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.725 ) And Execution Of Technical Designs To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works, 4) Submission Of The Final Decision On Environmental Conditions (If Necessary), From Which The Impact Of The Investment On Agricultural Land Will Result, 5) Proper Performance Of Construction And Drainage Works For The Investment In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 6) Commissioning And Commissioning Of The Installations And Facilities Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Carrying Out Operational Tests To The Extent Necessary, 7) Design And Implementation Scope Separately For Each Task, It Should Be Consistent With The Guidelines Of The Water Resources Management Program Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.
