1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Health Care Facility Located At Ul. Jana Z Kolna 16 In Sopot. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Execution Of All Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), Constituting An Annex To The Swz And All Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Put The Facility Into Use. 3. The Above Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Improvement Of Energy Efficiency, Including Renewable Energy Sources, In Public Buildings In The Spa Commune Of The City Of Sopot, Which Is Applying For Funding From The Priority Program Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management - Climatic Spas, Part 2. Supporting Energy Efficiency.4. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Act On Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Are Not Awarded To It.5. The Execution Of Construction Works Includes In Particular:  Modernization Of The Heat Source - Delivery And Installation Of The Heat Center;  Construction Of New Mechanical Ventilation Systems;  Modernization Of The Internal Central Heating Installation;  Modernization Of Hot Water Installations;  Insulation Of External Ceilings;  Insulation Of Flat Roofs;  Replacement Of Windows And External Doors;  Installation Of Awning Blinds;  Installation Of Shading Roller Blinds;  Insulation Of External Walls;  Renovation Of The Existing Garbage Bin;  Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Foundation Walls;  Creating A Band Around The Building;  Renovation Of The Sidewalk;  Renovation Of The Entrance To The Building;  Replacement Of Gutters And Downpipes;  Renovation Of The Railing;  Making And Installing A Free-Standing Information Board (At The Beginning Of The Construction Works) And Making And Installing A Commemorative Plaque (After The Completion Of The Construction Works), In Accordance With With The Currently Applicable Labeling Requirements For Projects Co-Financed By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management. The Board Template And The Materials Used Must Be Approved By The Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Conservator. - Delivery Of A Container And Transfer Of The Building Equipment To The Container For The Duration Of Construction Works. 6. The Subject Of The Order Is Also The Provision Of Data Generated During The Project Implementation, Including Reports, Analyzes And All Other Information Materials. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide This Data In Open Formats (Including Csv, Xml, Json), Which Will Ensure Its Re-Use By Third Parties, In A
