Wojska Polskiego 75, 58-150 Strzegom (Division 90/1, 90/2, 90/5, 92). The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Design Documentation Is Available For Inspection By Interested Contractors At The Ordering Partys Office (During Its Working Hours). Or Sent At The Contractors Request (In Electronic Version - Via The Purchasing Platform) Directly To The Contractor. The Ordering Party Provides Design Documentation At The Request Of The Contractor - As At The Date Of Publication Of The Swz. Any Necessary Changes (Corrections) To The Content Of The Project, Including Necessary Changes (Corrections) Introduced By The Author Of The Project, Investor Supervision, Construction Supervision, Etc. Will Not Result In A Change In The Price Offered By The Contractor, To Which The Contractor Agrees By Submitting An Offer In This Procedure.
