1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 1 Piece Of A Tipper Truck For The Needs Of Pzd Częstochowa Within 7 Days Of Signing The Contract. The Truck Must Be Complete, Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects. The Truck Must Be Adapted And Approved For Driving On Public Roads. The Truck Must Come From Series Production, It Is Not Allowed To Offer A Vehicle From Unit Production Or One Whose Parameters Have Been Specially Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Tender. The Contractor Will Attach To The Offer At Least 5 Color Photos Of The Vehicle, Including The Interior Of The Cabin With The Odometer Reading, Bodywork, Wheels, Accessories And Photos Showing The Offered Vehicle From Each Side (Front, Rear, Right, Left Side).
