Washing Hospital Linen And Protective Clothing Along With Transport - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Conditions Specified For The Laundry And The Provisions Of Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With Clean Assortment Every Day From Monday To Friday From 6:00 A.M. To 7:00 A.M. Collection Of Dirty Assortment Will Take Place Every Day From Monday Until Friday From 12.00-13.00. The Contractor Must First Deliver To The Ordering Partys Clean Linen Warehouse :- Surgical Linen Of The Integrated Operating Theatre, - All Donated Mops, - Next, Assortment From Other Organizational Units. If The Deadline For Delivery Of Clean Assortment And Collection Of Dirty Assortment Falls On A Public Holiday Or On A Saturday, The Contract Will Be Performed Including Scope Will Take Place On The First Business Day Following A Public Holiday. If The Period Of Public Holidays Is Longer Than 48 Hours, The Date Of Collection And Delivery Will Be Agreed Individually With The Contractor. The Transfer And Collection Of The Assortment Will Be Made On The Basis Of The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol (Appendix No. 3 A And 3B). The Ordering Party Will Each Time Provide Each Party With Self-Copying Delivery And Acceptance Protocols With A List Of The Transferred Linen - According To The Template Specified In Annexes No. 3A And 3B To The Contract (Appendices 9 And 10 To Swz). Based On The Delivery And Acceptance Protocols, The Contractor Will Attach A Collective Monthly Protocol To The Invoice. Under The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Washing Services For Hospital Linen And Protective Clothing, Including Transport In The Scope Of: - Water Washing With Disinfection, - Ironing, - Ironing, - Drying, - Automatic Longitudinal And Transverse Folding Of Flat Linen, - Sorting Clean Linen And Protective Clothing Into Individual Assortments In Accordance With The Handedover Protocol. The Underwear Is To Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Placed On The Contractors Transport Trolleys (The Trolley Is Covered With A Cover To Protect The Laundry). The Assortment Covered By The Subject Of The Order Includes: Bed Linen, Protective And Working Clothing Of Employees, Underwear And Surgical Clothes, Pajamas, Morning Covers, Curtains, Screens, Net Curtains, Tablecloths, Pillows, Blankets, Duvets, Mattress Covers, Mops Etc. The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To Transport And Loading And Unloading The Subject Of The Order. Loading Includes The Contractor Transferring Bags Of Dirty Linen From The Scale To The Contractors Trolley And Transporting This Linen To The Contractors Car. Unloading Includes Delivering The Contractors Clean Linen To The Clean Linen Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employee, Transferring The Clean Linen From The Trolley To The Scale And Placing It On The Platform Indicated By The Ordering Partys Employee A Trolley Or Shelf.
