The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Regnów Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Plan (Including Carrying Out The Entire Planning Procedure And Preparing A Draft Resolution With The Necessary Annexes) In The Manner And Within The Dates Specified In The Work Schedule Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement With The Contractor (The Template Of The Agreement Is Annex No. 5 To The Swz).2. The Plan That Is The Subject Of This Order Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Urban Planning Knowledge And Applicable Law, In Particular: A) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item . 1130) Hereinafter Referred To As The Aup Act, B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023. Regarding The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extracts From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Environmental Information And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), D) In Accordance With Provisions Of Resolution No. V/24/24 Of The Regnów Municipal Council Of September 25, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Regnów Commune (The Resolution Constitutes Annex No. 10 To The Swz), E) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Agreement And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development, F) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform, In Particular, The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of A General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), And In In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023, As Well As The Implementing Provisions To This Act, Including: A) Substantive Preparation Of Formal Documents -Legal (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Announcements Etc.) Announcements: On Commencement Of The Development Of The Plan, Commencement Of Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary Consultations Within The Subject Of The Order, Announcements Regarding The Development Of The Draft Plan, Summaries Of Opinions And Arrangements, And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works; B) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commi
