The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out Repairs After Inspection Of Installations, Systems And Devices In The General Construction Industry, I.E.: 1) Repair After Inspection Of Ssp, Dso, Cctv Installations 2) Repair After Inspection Of The Automation System And Bms Control Panels, Kd Installation, Sswin Installation, Video Intercom Installation, Came Entry Barriers 3) Repair After Inspection Of Marc Type Fire Gates With Accessories 4) Repair After Inspection Of Lifting Equipment And Stairs Movables Installed In The Mck Facility As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of The International Congress Center In Katowice The Detailed Scope Of Repairs Is Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification For Post-Inspection Repairs In The General Construction Industry For Part Ii, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. All Work Related To The Above Order Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Schedule Of Events At The Mck So As Not To Interfere With The Current Activities Of The Mck. The Dismantled Fixed Assets Should Be Handed Over To The Facility Manager, Ptwp Event Center Sp. Z O. O. In A Protocol. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.  Detailed Technical Specification For Post-Inspection Repairs In The General Construction Industry - Annex No. 1 To The Opz. Warranty Period For Defects - The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Defects For Repaired Parts And Components, In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, On The Terms Set Out In The Civil Code, And Expires After 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
