Materials Meeting The Requirements Of Bulgarian And/Or European Standards Or Equivalent Must Be Inserted Into The Site. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Assigned Works And To Provide Labor, Materials, Construction Equipment, Mechanization, Blanks, Products And Everything Else Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction. The Contractor Must Observe And Comply With All Norms For Transmission And Acceptance Of Smp And All Other Regulatory Requirements. The Term For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Order Is Up To 60 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Warranty Period For The Completed Construction And Installation Works Is In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003, For Commissioning Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.
