Delivery To The Place Of Performance Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder. In Part 2 Of The Framework Agreement (Hereinafter: Km) Concluded On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Procedure, The Individually Arising Demands Of The Bidder Are Governed By The Code Of Administrative Procedure No. 105. It Is Ordered According To § (1) Para. A). In Part 2 Of The Km, The Products Listed In The Commercial-Technical Table Must Be Delivered At The Bidders Price Given For The Evaluation Criteria (Lowest Price). The Rules Of Part 2 Of The Km: Approx.
