Construction Management Services - Project Management: Construction Of A Network Of Bicycle Routes In Western Pomerania - Western Lake District Route, Stage Xii. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Project Management Services Entitled: Construction Of A Network Of Bicycle Routes In Western Pomerania - Western Lake District Route, Stage Xii. 2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 10 Supervisions And 34 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Construction And Marking Of Bicycle Paths In The Communes Of Marianowo, Dobrzany, Ińsko And Dobra (Szczecińska). There Are Two Investment Sections To Be Completed: 1) Construction Of A Bicycle Road On The Mosina - Ińsko Section; 2) Construction Of A Bicycle Road On The Marianowo - Mosina Section. At The Same Time, Sections Of Bicycle Routes In The Town Of Ińsko And On The Section Dobra - Border State Will Be Marked. The Total Length Of The Investment Sections Is Approximately 22.4 Km And The Marked Sections Are Approximately 6.0 Km. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Removal Of Interfering Trees And Shrubs; 2) Removing The Topsoil Layer; 3) Demolition Of The Remains Of Rails And Railway Sleepers; 4) Execution Of Earthworks - Excavations And Embankments; 5) Execution Of The Designed Bicycle Path Structure; 6) Reconstruction Of The Bridge Over The Dołżnica River; 7) Construction Of Culverts, 8) Installation Of Traffic Safety Devices, 9) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings.
