The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Twr Warszawa Air Traffic Control Tower Along With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development On Plots No. 33/100, 33/102 From Precinct 2-06-18 And Plots No. 2/10 And 62 From Precinct 2 -06-07 At The Warsaw Airport At Ul. Wieżowa In Warsaw Based On The Construction Design And Detailed Design And The Ordering Partys Decision No. 95/Spec/2021 On Permission To Implement An Investment In The Field Of A Public Use Airport Issued By The Voivode Of Masovia On September 27, 2021. The Newly Built Tower Will Be A High-Rise Facility Consisting Of From A Single-Story Building At Ground Level, A Tower Core With Load-Bearing, Communication And Installation Functions, And A Five-Story Head, Housing An Operating Room, Technical And Social Rooms And Technical Floors. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular Earthworks, Construction Works, Architectural And Finishing Works, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, As Well As Land Development.
