General Procurement Notice for Supply and Installation of Street Lighting Systems (including LED Luminaires, Cabinets, Cables and Control System) Azerbaijan: GrCF2 W2 - Ganja Street Lighting Project Description: The Project aims at upgrading street lighting infrastructure in Ganja city, Azerbaijan. 3. Other Information The aim of the Project is to improve street lighting infrastructure in Ganja city. The total investment cost is estimated at EUR 15 million, to be financed by an EBRD loan and grant funds. The proposed investment plan includes the supply and installation of street lighting systems (including LED luminaires, cabinets, cables and control system) The PIU is supported by the Project Implementation Support Consultant in managing Project procurement and implementation. Further consultancy services will be required for the implementation of a Corporate Development Programme. Contracts will be subject to the Banks Procurement Policies and Rules (Rev. May 2022) and are open for participation for firms from any country. All procurement for the Project will be conducted via ECEPP.
