The Client Operates A Residential Complex “Lgm_Fsw-Startplatz Ober St. Veit” In 1130 Vienna, Hietzinger Kai 141-143, Consisting Of A Total Of Five Components. A Fire Alarm System, Security Lighting And An Object Radio Are To Be Installed In Components 1 And 2, With The Components Of The Fire Alarm System Being Provided By The Client. In Addition, Defects Must Be Corrected In The Electrical Distribution Boxes In Components 1, 2 And 3. All Work Is Carried Out While The House Is In Operation. Therefore, Both The Installation Work And The Repairs For Each Component And Each Residential Unit Should Be Carried Out Together At The Same Time. The Subject Of The Award Procedure (Object Of Service) Is The Services Of A General Contractor For The Work Described Above.
