Tenders are invited for Remaining Work of Establishment of 560 model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centers in Zila & Upazila of Bangladesh. (Sub-Head: Construction of Three Storied Model mosque and Islamic cultural center with three storied Foundation at Fenchuganj Upazila (Type-B) with civil works, internal Sanitary & Water Supply and Electrification works.) Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience of construction works. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) RCC framed structured building including civil, internal sanitary, water supply and electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac in a single contract under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) Lac in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificates for contract in progress or completed under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form) of Tk. 1.00 Crore. Other formats/documents are not acceptable. 5. The Tender Capacity is Tk. 95.0 (Ninety five) lac. Supporting documentary evidence must be submitted. 6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License.
