The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Waste From Street Bins, Dog Waste Containers And Playgrounds In The Kudowa-Zdrój Commune In 2025 From January 1, 2025. Until December 31, 2025 2. The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Periodic Collection And Management Of Waste From Street Bins, Dog Excrement Containers And Playgrounds In The Kudowa-Zdrój Commune And The Delivery Of Hygiene Bags And Packages; 2) Periodic Cleaning Of The Area Around Bins On Playgrounds And Playground Areas.3) Waste Management Takes Place At An Authorized Waste Processing Installation, I.E. One That Recovers Or Neutralizes Waste, In A Way That Ensures Achieving Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Using Other Methods Referred To In The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities; 4) Removal Of Solid Waste Will Take Place On A Monthly Basis, With Collection Frequency Once A Week Or Once Every Two Weeks, In Accordance With Annexes No. 1, 2, 3 To Opz. Taking Into Account The Amount Of Waste Generated By The Ordering Party, Waste Collection May Be Agreed Individually Between The Parties Depending On The Needs. Waste Transfer Cards Issued By The Contractor And Confirmed By An Authorized Installation If The Contractor Transfers The Collected Waste.
