The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties, Selective Waste Collection Points (Pszok), Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes Located In The Moskorzew Commune From The Following Towns: Chebdzie, Chlewice, Chlewska Wola , Dalełe, Damian, Dąbrówka, Jadwigów, Lubachowy, Mękarzów, Moskorzew, Perzyny, Przybyszów, Tarnawa-Góra In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of:  The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399), The Provisions Of The Applicable Waste Management Plan For The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, - The Act Of April 27, 2011, Environmental Protection Law (I.E.
