By Carrying Out The Present Procedure, The Contracting Authority Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Municipality Of Vetovo And Potential Contractors For The Awarding Of Activities For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects And Exercising Construction Supervision Of Objects On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Vetovo, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding Of The Individual Contracts. 1. Main Activities Of The Consultant Under Art. 166 Of The Zut: 1.1. Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions According To The Zut, Preparation Of Reports For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects, Including And Certification From Technical Control For The Construction Part (If Necessary) And Other Activities Related To The Issuance Of A Building Permit: - Coordination Of Investment Projects; - Specialized Consultations And Removal Of Remarks Or Omissions In The Submitted Documents; - All Other Obligations Of The Consultant, According To The Current Regulations. 1.2. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction In Volume And Scope, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Relevant By-Laws, Including: - To Participate In Drawing Up A Protocol Sample 1 For Handing Over And Accepting The Approved Investment Project And Construction Permit For The Implementation Of The Specific Construction; - To Draw Up Protocol Sample 2 For The Opening Of A Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level Of The Construction, With A Valid Construction Permit.
