Meters – Joint Contract For Supplies Relating To The Rental-Purchase, Under Full Guarantee, Of Energy Meters In All Buildings Managed By Srl Maison Liégeoise Which Requires A Statement Of Charges And The Daily Reading Of These Meters. This Contract Is A Public Supply Contract Which Concerns The Installation And Maintenance Of A System Allowing The Recording And Distribution Of Individual Consumption Of Cold And Hot Water In All The Buildings Managed By Srl Maison Liégeoise Which Requires A Statement Of Charges. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide The Following Services: - The Dismantling Of Existing Defective Equipment (Mandatory); - The Supply And Installation Of The Equipment Necessary For Metering Individual Consumption Of Cold Water, Hot Water And Heating. This Equipment Will Have A Radio Frequency Transmission System; - The Daily Reading Of Consumption From These Meters; - Automatic Transmission Of Reading Data Via A Relay System; - The Provision Of An It Data Management Platform Giving Access To Readings And Alerts (Leaks, Abnormally High Or Low Consumption, Fraud, Etc.); - The Establishment Of An Annual Statement Of Rental Charges And Annual Closing Invoices. These Services Will Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of A Rental-Purchase Contract With Full Guarantee.
