The Current Public Procurement Is Related To The Implementation Of The Construction Of The Site And Is A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Territorial Planning Act /Zut/ And Related By-Laws, As Well As Fulfilling The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Namely: Implementation Of Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Zut; Quality Control Of Construction Materials And Products Delivered And Used In The Construction; Exercise Control Of The Quantity And Quality Of The Construction And Installation Works; Monitoring And Documenting All Circumstances Related To Construction. To Fulfill Its Obligations, The Contractor Should Submit Interim Progress Reports To The Employer; Reporting Of Its Activities Through Interim And Final Reports; Fulfilling The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works.
