Tenders are invited for Translation Devices for PYE Program. Expected Budget Breakdown, and Payment Terms Payment: Payment will be made after successful delivery completion, based on submitting ZERO VAT Invoice, and deduction at source. Mercy Corps will pay according to the actual delivered service, based on providing photos, and videos as per required, and according to agreed/approved quality. Prices will include Deliverables, transportation and equipment used. Device Specifications: · Translation devices should have a range sufficient to cover the event venue without signal degradation.(30 Meters at least) · Devices must have adequate battery life to last the entire duration of each event without needing replacement. · Sound quality must be clear, with adjustable volume controls for users.
