The Existing Free-Standing Building Has A Rectangular Floor Plan, Divided Into An Administrative Part And A Storage Hall. The Administrative Part Is Divided Into Three Floors, The Storage Part Is One Floor. The Building Is Made Of Brick Masonry, Based On Foundation Passes. The Ceiling Structures Of The Building Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete. The Building Is Roofed Using Wooden Mansard Trusses With A Lower Slope. Wooden Purlins Are Mounted On The Purlins, Supporting The Formwork And A Light Sheet Metal Covering. As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Existing Roofing And Roof Layers Will Be Removed. The Roof Will Be Dismantled. New Holes Will Be Made In The Perimeter Wall And 3 Holes In The Front Part Will Be Raised. To Transfer The Load, New Lintels From Rolled Profiles Will Be Installed. A Steel Frame Will Be Made In Place Of The Opening With A Width Of 3.6 M. A New Floor Crown, Saddle Roof Made Of Wooden Trusses And A New Roof Covering Will Be Made. From The Front, An Awning Will Be Made Over The Entrance With A Steel Supporting Structure. The Window Panels And Doors Will Be Replaced - The Windows Will Be Plastic With Triple Glazing. New Openings Will Be Made On The Northwest Side Of The Facade. The Building Will Be Equipped With A Contact Insulation System With Eps Boards And White Smooth Plaster.
