The Content Of The Project Is In Its Main Features:- There Are Apartment Balconies With Railings And Railings And They Will Be Dismantled And Rebuilt As Precast Concrete Structures On Their Own Foundations. The Lowest Parts Are Cast In Place. The Siporex Cover Of The Back Walls Of The Apartment Balconies Will Be Dismantled And Replaced. The Balconies Will Be Equipped With An Aluminum Railing System And Glazing.- Windows And Sheet Metal Cladding On The Facades Will Be Removed And Reinstalled To The Extent Required To Renew The Balcony Towers- The Part Above The Eaves Line Of The Brick Chimney Will Be Dismantled And Bricked Up Again. Damaged Seams Below The Eaves Line Are Renewed. The Chimney Is Service Painted.- The Plinths Are Wet Sandblasted, The Concrete Is Repaired, Leveled And Painted- The Tin-Clad Facades Are Washed. Demolition Is Carried Out To The Extent Required To Renew The Balcony Towers. The Building Is In Normal Operation During The Repair Work.
