Contract For The Underwriting Of The Liability Insurance Of The Authorities And The Staff In The Service Of The Public Administrations, Collective Accidents, Nursery Schools, Civil Liability Urban Gardens And Professional Civil Liability Of Architects And Engineers, To Cover The Contingencies And Risk Management Of Sant Feliu De Llobregat City Council.The Object Of The Contract That Is Proposed To Be Carried Out Consists In The Subscription Of The Different Branches Of Insurance To Cover The Contingencies And Risk Management Of The Sant Feliu De Llobregat Council. The Contract Is Exclusively For The Insurance Policies Described Below. The Insurance Mediation Services (Insurance Agent Or Insurance Broker) Will Not Be Subject To Bidding. The Insurance Coverages Subject To This Contract Are Divided Into The Following Lots, In Accordance With The Common Technical Prescriptions And The Different Technical Prescriptions For Each Of The Branches Insurance: Lot 1 Liability Of Authorities And Personnel At The Service Of Public Administrations Lot 2 Collective Accidents Escoles Bressollot 3 Civil Liability Horts Urbanslot 4 Professional Civil Liability Architects And Engineers The Object Of The Contract Is The Contracting By The Corporation As The Holder Of The Insurance Policies That Guarantee The Coverage Of The Risks That Arise From The Normal Activity It Develops , In Order To Guarantee The Adequate Insurance Of The Various Risks That May Occur And, Therefore, It Is Necessary To Carry Out This Outsourced Contract Allowing To Dampen The Budgetary Impact That Could Cause The Accident, Bearing In Mind That Current Regulations Reserve The Insurance Activity To Entities Authorized For The Effect. Language Of The Policies: Insurance Companies Can Issue The Policies Of Insurance Object Of The Awards In Catalan Or Spanish.
