Tenders are invited for Supply Vehicles (1 Land Cruiser pick up 4 Doors and 1 Land Cruiser Hard Top 3Doors) GENERAL CONDITIONS OF BIDDING: 1) Quotes submitted after the deadline 10th Jan -2025, 10:00AM, will be automatically disallowed. 2) All Tender documents MUST be written in English. 3) All the bidding documents MUST be on the Company letter head and stamped. 4) Quotes MUST be vailed for 30 days after deadline. 5) Price MUST be in USD, With unit prices after deduction of discount. 6) Payment will be within 30 business days after receipt of goods and invoice. 7) Proof of being a legally registered company in South Sudan MUST be provided. 8) Business Contact details including owners and Director of the Company MUST be provided. 9) A list of THREE reference with current contact information MUST be Provided. 10) Proof of ability and Capacity to supply the specified Quantities and Deliver to World Relief Ware House in Juba MUST be provided. 11) World Relief reserves the right to award the most qualified vender who is providing the best value, regardless of lowest price submitted. 12) World Relief reserves the right to award the Tender to more than one bidder or reject all applicants and cancel the solicitation at any time. 13) World Relief accepts no responsibility and is under no obligation to reimburse applicants for the costs associated with preparation of their applications.
