The City Of Ingolstadt Intends To Completely Reorganize The Sports Facilities On The Former Esv Site, The South-East District Sports Facility. The Task Is To Restructure, Renovate And Build New Sports Facilities At The South-East District Sports Facility. The District Sports Facility Should Include: 1. The Reorganization Of The Stadium For Club And Popular Sports As Well As The Sports Facilities 2. The School Sports Facility Program (3 Units; See Attached Room Program) With A Profile Picture Of Inclusion For The Neighboring South-East Middle School. The School Sports Room Program Only Needs To Be Partially Implemented In This Plan (Especially Outdoor Sports Facilities), As The Required Hall Areas Are Covered By The Existing Hall (Paul-Wegmann Hall). See Attached School Sports Room Facility Program. 3. The Sports Facility Room Program (2 Units; See Appendix Room Program) In The Investor Model For The Tilly Secondary School And Business School (Private Schools From Dr. Limmer - Prof. Appelt Gmbh) The Room Program Provides Dimensions For The Tilly-Rs/Ws Sports Hall In The Program Approval With 2 Units Of 30 X 27 X 5.5M. Due To Ongoing Coordination Between The City Of Ingolstadt And The Government Of Upper Bavaria, There May Still Be Changes To The Dimensions To Be Implemented (Probably 22 X 30 X 7M) Of The Sports Hall With 2 Units. The Result Is To Create An Overall Concept For The School Sports Facilities At The South-East School Location (Paul-Wegmann-Halle), Including The Sports Facilities That Already Exist At The South-East District Sports Facility. The Stadium Facility Is Currently Used By The Amateur Teams Of Fc Ingolstadt, For Which A Training Pitch Is Required (This Should Be Retained In The Existing Structure), A Main Grass Pitch For Home Games And A Grandstand With A Spectator Capacity Of 2,500 (Expandable To 5,000) And The Functional Areas For High-Risk Games . The Expansion To 5,000 Spectators Does Not Yet Have To Be Planned In Terms Of Facilities; The Space Simply Needs To Be Reserved. The Main Grass Pitch Can Remain As It Is Or Be Relocated. This Needs To Be Checked In The Design Phases With Regard To Economic Viability. The Object Planning Of Buildings And Interior Spaces, As Well As The Structural Planning And Specialist Planning Hls And Elt For The School And Club Sports Buildings Are Awarded In A Separate Procedure. Area A Of The Planning Task Of The Outdoor Facility Planner: Club Sports - New Construction Of The Outdoor Sports Facilities For The Clubs - Redesign Of The Outdoor Areas Around The Club Facilities.
