May 24 Decision No. T-254 Regarding The Granting Of The Right To Perform The Functions Of The Central Procurement Organization To The Administration Of The Kaunas City Municipality And The Public Institution Kaunas City Polyclinic Granted To It The Rights To Perform The Functions Of The Central Procurement Organization, In Carrying Out This Public Procurement, It Is Planned To Enter Into A Preliminary Contract For The Procurement Of Works, On The Basis Of Which, The Preliminary Contract ( Appendix 4 Of The Tender Conditions) Legal Entities Specified In Appendix 3 (Users) (During The Validity Of The Preliminary Contract, If If Necessary, This List Can Be Supplemented Or Refined By Agreement Of The Parties), Will Conclude The Main Contracts For The Procurement Of Works.
