The Starting Point For The Sample Are Employees Who Have Stated That They Are Entrusted With The Training Of Trainees And Have Agreed To A Possible Re-Survey As Part Of The Main Etb 2024 Survey. The Name, Telephone Number And/Or Email Address Of The Respondents Were Recorded If They Gave Their Consent And Stored In A Separate Data Set. This Contact Data Set Is Made Available To The Contractor By The Bibb Research Data Center (Bibb-Fdz) Exclusively For The Follow-Up Survey To Be Carried Out (Including Field Pretest). The Gross Sample Corresponds To Around 6,550 Employees. The Contractor Will Provide A Suitable Download Center Or A Secure Server For Data Protection-Compliant And Encrypted Transmission. The Data Set Contains An Id For Each Person, Which Can Be Used To Assign It To The Structural Data Collected In The Main Etb Survey. Each Online Questionnaire Completed As Part Of The Follow-Up Survey Must Therefore Be Saved With The Corresponding Individual Id In Order To Ensure That The Two Data Sets Are Linked. It Must Also Be Ensured That Each Employee Only Takes Part In The Survey Once. Please Explain The Technical Implementation Of This Procedure In The Offer And Also Take Data Protection Aspects Into Account. In Order To Control Further Follow-Up Surveys Outside Of This Order, The Contractor Will Provide The Bibb-Fdz With The Return Information From The Completed Field Phase. As Part Of The Additional Survey, The Target Persons Are Assured That Their Contact Details Will Be Kept Separately And Will Only Be Used For The Purpose Of The Follow-Up Survey. If The Respondents Revoke Their Consent To Further Follow-Up Surveys, The Data Lines Contained In The Data Sets Available At Bibb-Fdz Must Be Deleted. After The End Of The Field Phase, The Contact Details Of The Respondents Together With The Name And Identification Number Must Be Sent To The Bibb-Fdz In Encrypted Form In A Data Set Separate From The Research Data And Then Deleted Immediately By The Contractor. The Data Transfer Must Also Take Place Via A Data Protection-Compliant Transmission Channel (Via A Download Center Provided By The Contractor Or A Secure Server). This Data Will Not Be Passed On To The Online Follow-Up Survey Project Team (Contractor).
