The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Update And Create Multiple Choice Questionnaires (Mcqs) Related To The Construction Trades On The “Kweez” Application. The Consultation Went To An Open Call For Tenders In Accordance With Article L.2124-2 As Well As Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Framework Agreement Resulting From This Consultation Will Be A Single-Award Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. This Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded From Its Notification Date For An Initial Period Of 12 Months. At The End Of This First Contractual Period, The Public Contract Will Be Tacitly Renewable 3 Times Per New Period Of 12 Months. Notification Of The Framework Agreement Is Scheduled For March 5, 2024
