The Client Wants To Carry Out Demolition Work Ahead Of The Turnkey Contract For The New Building Planned For Iddeveien 44 In Halden. The Entire Existing Building Of Approx. 2850M2 And All Structures Must Be Demolished. The Garage At The Rear To The East Must Not Be Demolished. The Premises Are Empty And Are Easily Accessible For Internal Demolition. The Entire Building With All Technical Facilities And Conduits Must Be Demolished To The Ground Including Foundations, Complete All Constructions. Grid Station Including Transformer And Input Shafts Will Be Dismantled And Removed By Elvia In Advance.
