The Existing Building Is To Be Demolished And A New Building Erected On One Floor With Approximately 1,200M2 Of Floor Space For Teaching, Canteen, Shop Sales And Offices. Reference Is Made To The Attached Drawings. The Plot Is Flat And The Ground Conditions Are Explained In The Attached Geotechnical Report. The Project Is Carried Out In Two Stages, Where The Demolition Of The Existing Building Is A Separate Competition, And The Construction Of A New Building As A Separate Turnkey Contract.
