Design And Realization Of A Sports Complex. The Existing Rietlanden Ii Sports Complex Will Be Expanded With 8 Halls With Various Supporting Functions. The Whole Will Have To Function Integrally. A Construction Team Is A 2-Step Approach In Which The Client And Contractor Together Create A Supported Design In The Design Phase, Manage Risks And Determine A Realistic Price (Step 1) And Then Go Through The Realization Phase In A Controlled Manner (Step 2). Intensive Collaboration Creates A Situation In Which The Contractors Knowledge And Expertise Can Be Used Optimally And The Client Is Fully Involved In The Design Process. Space Is Created To Jointly Discuss Solutions And Ideas And There Is Openness And Transparency About Budget And Risk Management. The Target Budget For Construction Costs: €20,000,000 Permanent Installation: €661,000
