The City Of Salos Space Services (Procurement Unit / Client) Requests Bids For Piping Works To Be Done On An Hourly Basis Within The Field Of Salos Space Services, To Be Separately Agreed Per Project, In Accordance With The Request For Tenders And Its Attached Documents For The Years 2025-2026. In Addition, The Customer Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract On The Original Terms For The Years 2027 And 2028, I.E. For Two One-Year Option Periods. The Customer Decides On The Use Of The Options And The Duration Separately. The Procurement Is Divided Into Parts By Region As Follows: Sub-Area 1. Pipe Work In The Area Salo, Halikko Sub-Area 2. Pipe Work In The Area Kuusjoki, Muurla, Pertteli Sub-Area 3. Pipe Work In The Area Kiikala, Suomusjärvi, Kisko Sub-Area 4 Plumbing Work In The Perniö, Särkisalo Area The Offer Can Be Made For One Or More Areas. The Procurement Will Be Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, The Conditions Of Which Are Described In The Contract Procedure Section Of The Request For Tenders. The Procurement Concerns The Entire City Of Salo. The Content And Amount Of Works To Be Ordered Are Not Known In Advance, And The Customer Does Not Commit To Certain Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period. As A Rule, The Tasks Consist Of Small Pipe Installation And Modification Works On City Properties, As Well As Pipe Contract Services. This Purchase Does Not Include The Installation, Maintenance Or Repair Work Of Heat Pump And Oil Heating Systems.
