1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Retention Reservoir In Sadykierz Together With The Accompanying Infrastructure.2. Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With The Arrangements Required By The Provisions Of Construction Law And Water Law, Notification Or Water Law Permit And Notification Of Works Or Building Permit, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 3.2. Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Bills Of Quantities, 3.3. Execution Of Construction Works, Reconstruction And Development Of Green Areas Based On The Prepared Documentation, Strengthening With Concrete Jomb Slabs On The Side Of The District Road (Min. 150 M2) On The Remaining Part Of The Reservoir, Fascination, Replacement Of The Existing Mesh Fence With A Panel Fence With A Wicket And Gate, Profiling Of The Slope, 2 Information Boards, 4 Benches And Baskets, 4 Solar Lamps. Around The Entire Reservoir, On All Slopes, Strengthening With A Bentonite Mat At Least 5 M Wide. In Addition, Strengthening The Slopes With Gabions In Accordance With The Map, On The Eastern Side Strengthening With 31-63 Mm Aggregate, Cleaning And Desilting The Existing Reservoir, Sowing The Slopes And Crown With Grass. 3.4. Providing A Warranty For The Work Performed.
