The Subject Of The Order Includes 3 Parts, The Description Of Which Is: Part No. 1 - The Subject Is The Execution Of The Necessary Design, Construction And Installation Works In The Design And Build Formula, For The Investment Task Called Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Premises Of The Former Boiler Room Into Patient Rooms For The Silesian Rehabilitation And Spa Center Dr. A. Szebesty In Rabka Zdrój” Based On The Functional And Utility Program. The Scope Of Work Includes: • Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Along With The Change Of Use And Obtaining The Necessary Building Permits; • Modernization And Adaptation Of Existing Rooms Into Patient Rooms • Removal Of Any Conflicts Related To Construction And Installation Works, Dismantling Of Unused Installations, Disposal, Filling Of Voids; • Obtaining Acceptance Of The Entire Investment Process In The Final Acceptance (Protocol); At The Design Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Recommendations From The Technical Expertise On The State Of Fire Protection For The Subject Scope Of The Study In Cooperation With The Hospital Staff, A Fire Protection Expert, And The Designer. Subsequently, Any Changes In The Zones And/Or Functions Of Rooms, Or The Evacuation Method Should Be Included In The Update Of The Fire Report.
