A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.3. The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Current Ecophysiography Possessed By The Ordering Party, Will Perform The Following Activities In Two Stages, Including: Stage I: 1) Analysis Of The Current State Of Development Of The Area Covered By The Plan.2) Analysis Of Applications Submitted To The Plan Along With A Proposal For Their Consideration.3) Development Of The Impact Forecast On The Environment Prepared In Accordance With The Act Of October 3, 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments Environment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) And With The Requirements Specified By Rdoś In Warsaw And Ppis In Siedlce - In An Electronic Version And 1 In A Paper Version.4) Development And Submission To The Ordering Party, In The Form Electronic Draft Plan Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), Regulations And Requirements Of Separate Regulations In The Version For Consultation And Review.5) Submission Of The Draft Local Development Plan And The Environmental Impact Forecast For The Employers Approval In Electronic Form.6) Preparation Of The Local Spatial Development Plan For The Meeting Of The Municipal Urban Planning And Architectural Commission And Participation In The Commission Meeting.7) Preparation Of The Draft Local Development Plan For Arrangements And Opinions, Together With A Request For Arrangements Or Opinions. Stage Ii:1) Preparation Of An Application To Change The Designation Of Forest Land For Non-Forest Purposes.2) Introduction Of Possible Changes To The Draft Local Development Plan Resulting From The Received Opinions And Arrangements.
