Tenders are invited for Supply of Bedsheets and Pillow Cases. The specimen application can be obtained from 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on weekdays, on payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 (One Thousand) separately for each item stated in the schedules 01 and 02 made to the Shroff of the Health Promotion Bureau at No. 02, Kynsey Road, Colombo 08 and on submission of the receipt thus received. Institutions and individuals willing to be registered should send ther applications along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate and documents in proof of the experience, either by registered post addrseedd to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Health Promotion Bureau, No. 02, Kynsey Road, Colombo 08, to be received at or before 2.00 p.m. on 26.12.2024 or placed in the tender box kept in the Admin Section of the Institute to receive before the deadline. The cover containing the application should be stated "Registration of Suppliers - 2025/2026" at the left side top corner. Normally, quotations will be called for from the registered suppiers. However, the Director of the Institution retains the right to call for quotations from sources outside the registered list and obtain goods or serivces whenever such needs arise. Registered names of Suppliers who fail to submit quotations when requested for, fail to effect supplies within the specified timeframe or fail to adhere to the relevant conditions when submtting quotations, will be removed from the registered list without any prior notice.
