Quotation are invited for Relocation of Air Conditioners to Various Offices Relocation Airconditioners Civic Centre. 1.1Equipment to be replaced a) Air con Replacement 1 x 12000Btu Split unit to Nhlekos office at Finance 1 x 12000Btu Split unit to Thandekas at HR 1 X 12000Btu Cassette from DCM (IS) to office1 1 x 60 000Btu under ceiling to air quality boardroom 1.2Air con Relocation a) Remove one air con from one office/building to another, seal openings against the wall making look good. b) Re install air con removed from one office to the new location. c) Supply and install new piping complete with amoflex pipe insulation throughout. d) Seal openings on wall with silo form and make look good. e) Connect newly replaced air con units on existing air con isolators f) Affix stick with air con unique number to the installed evaporator units. g) Provide remotes for all units with batteries where required h) Carry out services to newly relocated air conditioners i) Give brief presentation to the office occupant on how the air con is operated register for such training to be submitted with invoice. j) Commission newly replaced air con units CLOSING DATE 10 December 2024 Tender Link : http://www.umhlathuze.gov.za/index.php/tenders-and-quotations/category/3-quotations
