The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Water Supply Network In The Korczew Commune, Which Includes: 1) Construction Of A Distribution Water Supply Network, On Some Plots With Registration Numbers 280, 300/3, 300/4, 300/5, 300/6, 300/2, 300/7, 300/8, 300/9, 305, 307, Located In The Town Of Korczew And On Part Of The Plot With Registration No. 202/1, 245, Located In The Town Of Laskowice, In The Korczew Commune2) Construction Of A Water Distribution Network In The Towns Of Mogielnica And Szczeglacin, Korczew Commune The Task Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements. The Contractor Will Obtain Final Decisions Regarding The Building Permit/Application And Occupancy Permit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Performing The Task Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program - Attached As Annex No. 6 To Swz.2. The Required Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects Is At Least 60 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Work Acceptance Protocol, And The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers.
