A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz.2. The Names Of Manufacturers And Products Used Only Serve To Specify The Subject Of The Order, And The Order Must Be Completed Using Materials Indicated In The Documentation Or Equivalent. If An Equivalent Offer Is Submitted, It Is Required That The Equivalent Product Has Identical Or Better Properties, Performance Parameters, And Chemical Composition As The Products Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Indication Of A Brand Or Trade Name By The Ordering Party Determines The Class Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Establish A Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or A Specific Manufacturer. The Original Nomenclature Or Symbolism Is Provided To Correctly Identify The Subject Of The Order. The Reference Model Is An Example Of A Product That Meets The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.3.
