Work Detail
1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025 For The Municipality Of Ostrów Wielkopolski, On The Terms Specified In The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law ( Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis.2) The Task Includes 5 Ppes Connected To The Network Of The Distribution Network Operator Osdn Ostrowski Zakład Ciepłowniczy S.A. For Which The Estimated Annual Volume Of Ordered Electricity Is 500 Mwh.3) For The Ppe In Question, There Is A Contract For The Purchase Of Electricity, Which Expires On December 31, 2024, And A Contract For The Provision Of Distribution Services.4) It Is The Obligation Of The Contractor To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Supplier For The Ppes Covered By The Order And Concluding Contracts For The Provision Of Distribution Services For Them (In The Case Of Ppes For Which Such A Need Arises).5) After Selecting The Contractor And Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With All The Necessary Data Required To Carry Out The Supplier Change Process Within A Guarantee Period - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Currently Applicable Instruction For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network Of Ostrowski Zakład Ciepłowniczy S.A. - Commencement Of Deliveries No Earlier Than January 1, 2025.6) In The Event Of A Delay In The Commencement Of Deliveries Due To The Contractors Fault Compared To The Required Date Of January 1, 2025, Resulting In The Need For The Ordering Party To Conclude Reserve Sales Agreements (Usr) Or The Need To Negotiate Energy Supply Rates Electricity As A Result Of The Extension Of Deliveries, The Contractor Will Pay The Ordering Party Compensation In The Amount Of The Difference Between The Rates In These Contracts And The Rates Offered In This Proceedings And Adopted In The Contract Between The Parties. In The Case Of Ppe That Is Currently Covered By A Comprehensive Agreement And For Which The Seller Switching Process Will Be Carried Out For The First Time, It Is Permissible To Start Sales As Soon As The Seller Switching Process Is Successfully Completed.7) List Of Units, Facilities, Ppe, Consumption, Ppe Numbers And Status Of Contracts - Is Included In Annex 7 To Swz.4. Other Requirements And Information. During The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00.
