The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of Publishing And Distribution Services Of The Scientific Journal Environmental Protection And Natural Resources, Owned By The Institute Of Environmental Protection - National Research Institute, In Electronic Form, Including The Provision Of Editorial And Production Services , Hosting And Distribution, Marketing, Training And Consulting, And Providing Technologically Advanced Publishing Solutions.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz).3. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires That Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In The Field Of Production, Distribution Services And Technological Solutions Be Performed By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code ( Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Scope Of Activities That These People Will Perform Include The Tasks Described In The Opz. The Method Of Employment Verification And The Rights To Control The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirement And The Sanctions In The Event Of Its Failure Are Described By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Inspection May Be Carried Out Without Prior Notice To The Contractor.
