Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Delivery (Sale) And Provision Of Distribution Services Of High-Methane Natural Gas Fuel With A Combustion Heat Of Not Less Than 34 Mj/M3 And A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa.2. Gas Is Supplied For The Needs Of The Operation Of 33 Buildings, Premises And Utility Facilities Located In Racibórz, Administered By Public Finance Sector Entities And Local Government Legal Entities From The City Of Racibórz - In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Estimated Amount Of Gas Fuel That Can Be Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Is: 1,874,786 Kwh In Total. The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel Indicated By The Ordering Party May Differ From The Actual Consumption And Will Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor. The Projected Gas Consumption Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Gas Fuel In The Given Quantity, Provided That The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Order Quantity For Gas Supplies: 80% Of The Volume Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed. Determining The Expected Gas Consumption Is An Element Used Only To Determine The Value Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Bear The Costs For Quantities Consistent With The Meter Readings.4. Settlement For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Based On Invoices Issued Monthly. The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of Transmitting The Meter Reading Every Month. The Payer Of The Invoices Will Be The Recipient Listed In The Comprehensive Agreement For A Given Gas Collection Point. The Ordering Party Does Not Consent To Receiving Preliminary Invoices. The Invoice Payment Deadline For Deliveries Is 21 Days From The Date Of Invoice Issue. Information Regarding The Current Contract: 1) The Current Supplier Of Gas Fuel Is: Pgnig Obrót Detaliczny Sp. Z. O. O., Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa.2) The Applicable Contracts Are Contracts Concluded For A Fixed Period Until December 31, 2024.3) Gas Fuel Is Supplied Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator - Psg, Zabrze Branch.6. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure And Effectively Start The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Including In Particular: Termination Of Existing Comprehensive Agreements, Notification Of New Comprehensive Gas Fuel Sales Agreements To The Dso. The Contractor Will Perform These Activities On The Basis Of Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Granted When Concluding Gas Fuel Sales Agreements.7. Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of A General Contract Concluded With The Mayor Of The City, Then Comprehensive Contracts Will Be Concluded With Payers For Individual Collection Points, In Accor
